Chin Yoke Har @ Lam Yoke Har is the Operations Manager
and is responsible for the daily operations of the Company. Ms.
Lam Yoke Har joined the Company in 1981 as an export assistant.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms Lam was an accounts assistant in
a textile-trading house.
Ms. Lam graduated from the Nanyang University and holds a degree in the Bachelor of Commerce. Ms Lam Yoke Har is the daughter of Mr. Lam Shah Choong (Executive Chairman) and the sister of Mr. Ivan Lam Pang Joo (Executive Director). 
Heng Yong Siew is the Accountant of the Company.
Ms Heng joined the Company since 1977 and is responsible for the
accounting functions of the Company. She has more than 20 years
of experience in accounting, having graduated from the Nanyang
University and holds a degree in the Bachelor of Commerce.
Ms Heng is a Certified Public Accountant and she is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
Lam Lan @ Lam Sik Lan is the Sales Manager of
the Company. Ms. Lam joined the Company as a general clerk in
1964 and assumed her current position in 1999. As the Sales Manager,
she is primarily responsible for the customer service function
of the local sales market.
Ms Lam is the sister of Mr. Lam Yat Len (Non-Executive Director)
Leow See Song is the Logistic Manager of the Company.
He joined the Company since 1966. As one of the pioneer staff,
his career grew with the Company. He was promoted as the Logistic
Manager in 1998 and is primarily responsible for the warehousing
and logistic functions of the Company.
Liew Chee Lam @ Liew Chier Lem is the Export Sales
manager of the Company. Mr. Liew joined the Company in 1996 and
he has more than 40 years of experience in the textile industry.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Liew was a Sales Manager for a
local textile company.
Yap Lee Ann is the Chief Financial Officer. He
joined Ban Joo in 2002 and is responsible for managing all financial
aspects of the Group. Mr. Yap has more than 15 years of experience
in financial and accounting, having graduated from the University
of Southern Queensland and holds a degree in the Bachelor of Commerce.
Mr. Yap has more than 5 years of experience in garment and power cables manufacturing industries. He was an Accounts Manager of Ghim Li Holdings Co Pte Ltd prior to joining Ban Joo. |
