Joo is an Original Designed Manufactured
(“ODM”) manufacturer and distributor of textiles
and household fabrics. In addition, the Company had
expanded downstream into garment manufacturing
business to interface and integrate both its textiles
and apparel businesses to maximize the synergistic
benefits.

mission is to be a global market leader for
both textile and apparel with the supply chain
management capabilities that offer solutions and
services to the world’s textiles needs.

Currently,
the Company outsources the manufacture
of its textiles to textile mills located in countries
like the
People’s Republic of China (“PRC”),
Taiwan, Korea,
Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. These textiles are
then distributed to different countries in the world
and its distribution networks span more than 50
countries across the world. For its apparel operations,
it has its manufacturing plants located in Honduras,
Malaysia, Singapore and PRC to serve its international
clients.
